Firebird Youth Theater is a national award-winning performing arts education community, fostering next generation of young artists in NYC since 2013.
We produce professional-grade theater productions with teen actors, offer year-round classes and summer camps, and offer personalized coaching with industry professional teaching artists. Our youth theater community is a creative home for young artists to make new friends, hone their artistic skills and discover what they are capable of. Whether in year-round improv training, seminar-style playwriting workshops, teen filmmaking labs, or summer-long theater camps, we encourage young artists to steer their own course and develop their unique artistic voices, always with an eye toward giving their ideas a chance to shine.
